"Textbook Refund Policy - Semester Start last day for full refund is add drop date of the current semester. Purchases made after the add drop date are final sale.
Item(s) need to be returned in the same condition as how they were sold. If wrapped in plastic it still needs to be wrapped in plastic, no water damage, new books need to come back looking like a new book, access codes can not be scratched, etc. 
For any exceptions outside our return policy authorization will be needed.

Merchandise Returns - 30 Days. 
A receipt is required as well as all tags on item(s).
If the return is past 30 days authorization will be needed.

All clearance items are final sale.

Web Orders - 

In order to receive a full refund, purchases must be postmarked by the return deadline. *Gift card purchases are final purchase, all sales final and non-refundable. Please note that the original cost of shipping will not be refunded.

The item must follow all requirements of in-store returns (see Refund Policy above). Return package must include original receipt of purchase, all tags, and original packaging, and all items must be in original, resalable condition.

Return shipping is at the cost of the customer, unless it is due to the error of the River Hawk Shop. Return shipping refund cannot exceed our Standard Shipping rate of $12.95 Receipt of return shipping cost must be included to receive a refund.
